Dr. Narges Mikaniki is a European Board-certified Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon and ENT Specialist with extensive expertise in both aesthetic and functional surgery of the face and nose. She is licensed by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and the Department of Health Abu Dhabi (DOH) and is recognized internationally for her advanced work in rhinoplasty, facial plastic surgery, and comprehensive ENT care.

A Faculty Member and Board-Certified Surgeon of the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery (EAFPS), Dr. Mikaniki has completed advanced fellowship training in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Rhinoplasty, including specialized training at RinoIstanbul, one of the world's leading rhinoplasty centers.

With more than seven years of surgical experience and thousands of procedures performed, she has developed a reputation for delivering natural, elegant, and individualized results while preserving and enhancing facial function. Her philosophy is centered on harmonizing beauty and function, ensuring that every surgical plan is tailored to the patient's unique facial anatomy, ethnic characteristics, and personal goals.

Dr. Mikaniki's clinical practice encompasses a wide spectrum of facial plastic and reconstructive procedures, including primary and revision rhinoplasty, septorhinoplasty, facial rejuvenation surgery, facial contouring, and reconstructive surgery following trauma or previous operations. She has particular expertise in complex revision rhinoplasty and structural nasal reconstruction, where both aesthetics and airway function require meticulous restoration.

As an ENT and Head & Neck Surgeon, she also provides comprehensive management of nasal obstruction, chronic sinus disease, allergic rhinitis, sleep-disordered breathing, pediatric ENT disorders, ear conditions, voice disorders, and head & neck pathology.
